The practice will not tolerate any aggressive, physical or verbal abuse towards any staff / attached staff, GPs or anyone working within the health centres on behalf of the practice. A letter will be sent to the patient informing them that should this happen again there may be no option but to remove them from our list due to a breakdown in Dr/Patient Relationship.
